1. Subscription Billing
Sellerside is offered as a subscription-based service (“Subscription”).
Users may choose:
- Monthly billing
- Annual billing (prepaid)
All prices are displayed in the checkout process and may vary by region.
Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Sellerside does not store full credit card numbers.
2. Free Trial – 30 Days
New customers receive a 30-day free trial.
During the trial:
- No payment is required
- You may cancel at any time
- If you do not cancel, the subscription will begin automatically when the trial ends
You will be notified before the trial expires.
3. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
- Monthly plans renew every 30 days
- Annual plans renew once per year
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings.
4. Failed Payments & Grace Period (14 Days)
If a payment attempt fails, Sellerside will:
- Retry the payment automatically
- Notify you by email
- Allow a 14-day grace period to update your payment method
After 14 days:
- Your account may be suspended
- SP-API synchronization may stop
- Access may be restricted to read-only mode
Once payment is updated, access is restored.
5. No Refund Policy
Sellerside operates a strict no-refund policy, including:
- No refunds for partial billing periods
- No refunds for forgetting to cancel
- No refunds after automatic renewal
- No refunds for unused time
- No refunds for plan downgrades
This applies to both monthly and annual plans.
Exception
If we are required by law to issue a refund in your jurisdiction, we will comply.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Subscription at any time.
When cancelling:
- Your Subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not receive a refund for the remaining time
- You will not be billed again unless you reactivate manually
Cancellations must be performed from your account dashboard.
7. Billing Changes & Price Adjustments
Sellerside may update pricing from time to time.
If pricing changes:
- You will be notified in advance
- New pricing applies at the next renewal
- You may cancel before the renewal if you do not accept the new price
8. Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, you must contact us at:
billing@sellerside.io
We will review your case.
Initiating a chargeback automatically suspends your account until the matter is resolved.
9. Taxes
Prices may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your location.
Taxes are calculated automatically at checkout.
